Sinead Fitzgerald is an Irish–New Zealand actress known for her role as Holo-Beatrice in Netflix’s hit series Cowboy Bebop.

She began her journey in musical theatre, where she honed her voice and stage presence.

Her screen career took off when director Derek Cianfrance cast her in The Light Between the Oceans, where she found herself opposite Academy Award–winner Rachel Weisz on her very first day on set. This pivotal moment helped launch her career, showcasing her ability to hold her own alongside seasoned actors.

Sinead has since received multiple Best Actress awards, including at the LA Independent Shorts Festival, the Europe Film Festival, the Sweden Film Awards, and The London Film & Television Festival. Her strong presence can also be seen in recurring roles across several seasons of The Brokenwood Mysteries, My Life Is Murder, and New Zealand's iconic drama Shortland Street.
